OBJECTIVE: To serve God by and through a relationship with

Jesus Christ; caring for other people by showing them God’s

compassion, guidance, comfort, and forgiveness.

prepared in advance for us to accomplish in our lifetime. These

plans will not harm us, but will prosper us as a people.

Baptism

The church: not merely a building of brick and mortar, but of a body

of believers in fellowship with one another; encouraging one another

in unity being like-minded.

DISCIPLESHIP: [Ephesians 4:12; Matthew 25:14-30]

Preparing people to serve God.

LAST THINGS: [II Peter 3:3-18; Matthew 25:31-46]

Signs will prepare all people for the end of time and for the second

coming of the Messiah.

Goals for Serving Others: Ephesians 6:7; Colossians 3:24

1. See to it that people are set free from sin and bondage.

2. Work to resolve human conflict; provide relief.

3. Educate people on available resources that provide care.

4. Show peoples how to change social settings, which are destructive.

5. Provide a shoulder to lean on in times of crisis and stand in agreement

with them as they work towards reconciliation.

6. Create opportunities for people to feel useful.
