People get ready!
Life: it’s not all about you! Do we think we are so holy and righteous, having been created by God, simply for our own pleasure? We must humble ourselves before God! (1 Chronicles 16:30) We were simplyplaced here on this earth by and for one reason…God! “It is right, our Lord and our God, for you to have glory and honor and power: because by you were allthings made, and by your desire they came into being.” -Revelation 4:11 God has had a plan even before He laid the foundations of the world; There is a much larger and more vivid picture making itself more visible day by day. Will we be ready upon its completion? That day draws near, and though no man can know the exact hour at which it may come, it’s comingsoon. “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, northe Son, but the Father alone.” -Matthew 24:36 So, if we do not know at which hour the Lord may return for His church, then maybe we need to take a closer look at ourselves; asking God to expose the areas we need to extract from ourselves which are not pleasing to Him. CAUTION: Placing ourselves in that position doesn’t always display the image we have alwaysviewed ourselves to be. “How foolish it is to say, today or tomorrow we will go into this town, and be there for a year and do business there and get wealth: When you are not certain what will take place tomorrow. What is your life? It is a mist, which is seen for a little time and then is gone. But the right thing to say would be, if it is the Lord’s pleasure and if we are still living, we will do this and that. But now you go on glorying in your pride: and all such glorying is evil. The man who has knowledge of how to do well and does not do it, to him it is sin.” – (James4:13-17) We need to look to Jesus Christ our Lord for the answers to life’squestions; He surely knows all the answers. “Since the Lord did all this, he knows how to rescue godly people when they are tested. He also knows how to hold immoral people for punishment on the Day of Judgment. This is especially true of those who follow their corrupt nature along the path of impure desires and who despise the Lord’s authority. These false teachers are bold and arrogant. Theyaren’t afraid to insult the Lord’s glory.” -2 Peter 2:9-10 If we want to experience God and all blessings of His creation, we need to acknowledge His Son and all He did for us through His Son Jesus. Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Fatherexcept through me.” -John 14:6 “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.” -Acts 4:12
The time to act is not just fast approaching anymore, the time is now!
“Indeed, the time is coming, and it is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth. The Father is looking for people like that to worship him.” -John 4:23 Let the true Church arise! (Colossians 1:24)
Keep up the faith; it gets more difficult from here. [God is preparing the bride of Christ for the marriage supper of the Lamb (the great banquet, Lk. 14:15-24, Rev. 19:7)]! God is preparing the Church in order that prophesy might be fulfilled; the Church–bridging the gap from here to eternity! Prophesy will be fulfilled! Hallelujah! There are so many things happening in this world; earthquakes in Indonesia, flooding in Mexico, wars in the Middle East, and all throughout the world lays destruction. Jesusanswered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise up against nation and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.” -Matthew 24:4-8 [“For many will claim to be Christ.” I believe there is more danger in this warning than to believe someone will actually stand up andclaim to be Jesus. To understand this you must know that Christ actually means "anointed one" in Greek, and "Messiah" in Hebrew. Who is the anointed one of God, or the Messiah one might ask? The answer is Jesus! The Word of God also describes the Church as the Body of Christ. Now I don't know about you, but I believe myself to be one of the members of Christ's body; I said, "one of the members". So, if anyone comes to you and tells you they are "The Christ", ask them of what body are they a member. Are they a member of the Son of God? After all, Jesus Christ is the Son of God. For it is written that "they (they referring to believers) shall be called sons and daughters of the Most High" (II Co. 6:18).]
It’s all happening now. Speaking of famines, there are so many people who are starving (starving not just for food, but for the Truth), not only in places like S. Africa and India, but also right here in the USA! If we as the people of this nation do not wake up soon and realize ourneed for Jesus, approach and preach the true gospel, it’s going to get worse from here. This nation, once founded on the principles of Faith; we need to stop fantasizing about our next dream vacation, the new house, new car, and to be quite honest, even what we wear; we need to begin focusing on eternity. “Stop storing up treasures for yourselves on earth, wheremoths and rust destroy and thieves break in and steal.” -Matthew 6:19 “But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without selfcontrol, brutal, haters of good, treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of godliness, although they have denied its power; Avoid such men as these.” -2 Timothy 3:1-5 All these things must happen, and are only warning signs of the end, but it is still frightening when you see it so close to home. Have you ever asked yourself what debauchery means? Read again II Tim. 3:1-5 and see for yourself this nation in which we live; debauchery: the fruit of America, and the world. Church, we need to change the “fruit” of America! Don’t simply take my word for it, go to the Word* Himself*. Read Matthew 5, 6, 7, and Ephesians 2:1-10 to see how to live a life pleasing to God. Then, search you own heart for the Truth. “If we claim to be without sin, wedeceive ourselves and the Truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and His word has no place in our lives.” -1 John 1:8-10
People, search your heart.
